- There is no charge made by Immedia Productions for the initial meeting to discuss a project.

- Immedia Productions always put quotes in writing, which contain a total cost & breakdown across the project. Quotes are valid for three months from the date of issue. We have a rate card available which can be requested when supplying a quote.

- Immedia Productions carry Public Liability, Employer's Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance all provided by Aaduki Multimedia Insurance.

- We can make provision for all rights in the finished project to be assigned to Immedia Productions' client through an Assignment Of Copyright. Immedia Productions reserve the right to use selected parts of the completed project for the purposes of promoting Immedia Productions through various methods including the website, showreels and printed brochures. In doing so, client confidentiality will always be observed.

- Immedia Productions always obtain the relevant licenses when using copyright protected pre-recorded music.

- We always issue a contract which will cover the project's objectives, time-scales, budget, responsibilities and details of any additional services (duplication, packaging design, web streaming etc). A copy of these Terms & Conditions is supplied with the Contract and signature of the Contract indicates that these Terms & Conditions have been read and agreed to.

- As members of the Institute Of Videography, Europe's leading trade association for professional Videography, we subscribe to a code of practice outlining certain standards and expectations that should, if met fully, ensure that every commission is carried out to everyone's satisfaction:


- Invoices are normally generated on completion of the project and must be settled within thirty days of receipt. Unless otherwise agreed, late payments may incur interest charges charged at the base rate of the Bank Of England. For certain projects we may, in agreement with the Client, decide to operate a payment structure whereby twenty percent of the total budget will be payable on acceptance of the Contract, with the final eighty percent payable on acceptance of the completed project. The twenty percent up-front payment is negotiable, within limits, and we reserve the right to set a Long-Stop Date where a project's Completion Date cannot be reasonably determined.

- Immedia produce work of a very high standard and we aim for complete satisfaction for all of our clients. However, when problems arise which cannot be resolved, the IOVs Arbitration Service can be employed to achieve a fair and amicable settlement. Click here for details:
